A Post Defiance Contributors Forum
We are hosting a Contributors Forum at King’s Books on Monday, July 29 at 6:30 p.m.
Who should come? – writers, artists, and photographers who want to share their work with a public audience.
But, what if that’s not you? – invite others to come. Everyone has a friend or family member who you think should be writing and putting themselves out there.
This is an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, or even pitch an idea for an article. We welcome high quality work, but working with Post Defiance is also a chance to strengthen skills through peer review.
If you’re interested in working with Post Defiance in some capacity, whether it be submitting an article, photography, art, or establishing a partnership, this is the time to learn more. Heck, two of our former interns have gone on to work for other publications.
Perhaps you’re feeling a bit like “who me?” We encourage you to join us (we’re very nice, I promise). And again, feel free to pass the invite along to your creative and talented friends.
Maybe you’ve attended a forum before, started a casual conversation with one of our editors, or contributed in the past but haven’t for a while – we would also love to see you at this event!
Please RSVP on Facebook or to editor@postdefiance.com so we can plan accordingly.
July 29, 6:30 p.m., King’s Books, Tacoma, WA.
