Post Def Nerdery: Pint Defiance

I have been attempting to restrain my published enthusiasm about an upcoming new business but now, with the release of some very adorable, immediately coveted logo design, I just can’t not share.

Don’t worry, we’ll legitimately cover this venture too…just not in this particular post.

As some of you may or may not know, local heroes Barry and Renee Watson will, this fall, open Pint Defiance, a new specialty beer and taproom over by Tacoma Community College.

Guys. PINT DEFIANCE. It’s a lot like POST DEFIANCE! (And Point Defiance.)

And although (like most good adult Tacomans) I love beer, particularly specialty beer, I also (like most good Tacomans of any age), love Tacoma-centric t-shirts and swag.

The Watson’s have proven themselves very savvy in the brand development department as should be clear with the extreme levels of cuteness achieved by the Rosewood Cafe design and merchandise. I think it’s weird if you don’t own one of the Rosewood owl or the earlier, rose+log+calf t-shirts.

Now, together, lets stare with delight at Pint Defiance’s  new logos and get excited about wearing them:
